The placement fee depends on room type and level of care. Fees are only due when a referred resident successfully moves in.

Referral agreement basics
Before any referral is sent, both parties sign a simple agreement that protects everyone involved. It clearly states:

How does the referral fee work?
A Place to Connect earns a placement fee only when a referred resident is admitted and moves into your home. There is no cost to the resident, and no charge to you unless the placement is successful.
What counts as a successful placement?
A placement is successful once the resident is officially admitted, signs the occupancy agreement, and physically moves into your home. Both parties confirm the move-in date before any fee is invoiced.
When is payment due?
The referral fee is due within 7 days of the resident’s move-in date. This is clearly outlined in the referral agreement signed before any referrals are sent.
Who can become a partner?
Independent living homes, board-and-care facilities, respite providers, and supportive housing communities in Southern California that are licensed and in good standing.
