Who is eligible?

A Place to Connect primarily serves homeless Veterans, women 55 and older, and individuals seeking respite or recovery support. Others looking for safe, affordable housing in San Bernardino or Los Angeles County are also welcome to apply.

How long does the program take?

Program timelines vary based on individual needs. Most residents work through a structured transition plan with supportive services aimed at long-term stability and independent living.

How does the waiting list work?

Submit your information through the form above or join directly through A Place to Embrace. When a spot opens that matches your needs and preferred county, their team will contact you with next steps.

Request care for a family member

Need a caregiver for a parent, spouse, or loved one? Tell us a little about the situation and our team will follow up within one business day. Every request is tracked and you'll receive a reference number.
